Deviant Botanicals / Dev Bot was formed in 2024 by Dr Will Pearson after a career spanning design, education, software development and decarbonisation of place. Will has worked for organisations such as the RNIB, Nesta, the Arts Council, Ravensbourne University London, Innovate UK, University of Westminster and Connected Places Catapult nationally and internationally. Based on the UK's south coast in Brighton, he formed this microenterprise offering support around his passion for hydroponics, as well as his skill and networks in systems architecting and building software. The company seeks to scaffold individual expression and agency in an uncertain world.
